Q: Can you have a 90mm batten on the exterior wall?

No problem to have a 90mm batten on the exterior wall, instead of a standard 70mm batten. See detail 5.43 of the Durapanel Technical Manual. A counter sunk screw is required. 90mm battens can be pre-attached offsite in the factory also.
